The Role:

As a fulltime Painter, you will work with your supervisor, co-worker and subcontractor crews to ensure work is conducted safely and to specification. You'll working on jobs through to completion with your team, performing painting and/or rope access tasks and demonstrating best practice across all areas.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Trade qualified or have demonstrated experience
  • Construction (White) Card
  • Working at Heights course (preferred)
  • EWP course (preferred)
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Able to take and follow instructions
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Takes pride in work
  • Can meet deadlines
  • Good levels of verbal communication
  • Enjoy working in teams
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment screening including a Police Clearance, Working With Vulnerable People (ACT) / Working With Children Check (NSW)



About You:

You're a detail orientated, enjoy your trade and have a natural lean towards leading people on the job site. You'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience painting experience
  • Sound knowledge of safety management, risk assessment
  • Great references
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • You're ability to work to project timelines and manage competing priorities including working alongside other trades onsite
