We are delighted to announce the appointment of Justin McGinty J.P. as the new State Manager for Mas National, covering New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and Victoria. Extensive Experience and Passion for Career Development
Justin brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously worked in Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services, and the Not-For-Profit sectors. His leadership skills and deep understanding of the industry will be instrumental in guiding Mas National’s team to new heights.
“I am very proud to lead such an amazing team, who are passionate about setting people up for their careers, not just a job,” Justin said. “Our Apprenticeship Consultants, Mentors, and Leaders are among the industry’s best. About Justin McGinty J.P.
When not leading his team, Justin enjoys a variety of hobbies, including Rugby Union, where he has represented both Australia and Queensland, as well as fishing and boating. “However, I find the latter very difficult without the said boat,” he joked, adding a touch of humour to his introduction.
