Mark brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to empowering individuals through meaningful work. Raised in rural New South Wales, he learned the value of hard work from a young age, which led him to roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and the retail petroleum industry, including a key role in a national franchise pilot program for Shell. He has also held leadership positions in organisations like Spotless, Education, Workforce Australia, and Disability Employment.

Mark’s vision for FindStaff is to ensure a respectful and empowering recruitment process, from application to placement. He believes in the importance of employment at every career stage and is excited to be part of a business that helps people progress towards their ‘Vibrant Future’. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing at the beach in Perth.
